Hotaru Foods is an artisanal “micro batch” processor of Asian-inspired condiments using fresh, seasonal products from the bountiful Heritage Valley, located in Southern California.

Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and know-how, let Hotaru be an extension of your kitchen. With the ability to operate in small batch production, quality is our number one goal.  In working with very rare and special ingredients, we take great care in our products and timing our production runs to ensure the quality and consistency will always be evident.
