Flank Steak
INGREDIENTS
Yakami Orchard Japanese Ponzu
1 8 oz cut of flank steak
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Wasabi (optional)
Grated fresh ginger (optional)
Aged soy sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate steak in Yakami Orchard Japanese Ponzu, with some extra virgin olive oil added.
- Sauté over high heat.
- Remove steak and set aside.
- Deglaze the pan and pour sauce over the steak.
- NOTE: Wasabi, grated fresh ginger, and/or aged soy sauce may be added to any of the above, according to taste and application.
