Japanese Ponzu Sauce
INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Yakami Orchard Japanese Ponzu
1 teaspoon finest quality aged soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
- USE as a DIP for one pots (nabemono), such as shabu-shabu, sashimi, dumplings, pot stickers, tempura, oysters on the half shell.
- Wasabi, grated fresh ginger and/or additional aged soy sauce may be added according to taste and application.
