Sudachi Guacamole
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados, chopped
1/2 cup ripe tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Yakami Orchard Sudachi Juice
1 serrano chile pepper, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon toasted cumin seeds, ground
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Stir ingredients in a nonreactive bowl. Serve with tortilla chips, quesadillas, or tacos.
