Yuzu Marmalade Cornish Hens
INGREDIENTS
1 whole cornish hen per serving
Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse hens, wipe dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper all over and let rest at room temperature for one hour.
- Smear the outside with Yakami Orchard Yuzu Marmalade and place hens in a roasting bag or on a rack fitted inside a roasting pan.
- Bake at 375ยบ until juices run clear when pierced with a sharp knife.
